Founder of Positive Directions & PD II, LLC. "My overall responsibilities were to oversee the team and business management. It was also my role to maintain all contracts, interview and hire employees, develop and maintain good relationships in the schools and with the employees."

CEO of PD II, LLC, effective October 1, 2023. "My overall responsibility is to oversee the company's operations, including administering payroll to all employees. I am also responsible for implementing and reviewing current operational policies and procedures. It is also my role to identify and address problems and other opportunities for the company. I also work side by side with all of the in-house staff to support worker communication from those working in the schools."

Operations Assistant Manager for PD II, LLC. "My overall responsibilities are to ensure that management runs smoothly. It is also my role to prepare invoices and quarterly taxes, bookkeeping, DOL audits, Worker’s Comp reporting and audits, OSHA reports, reconcile invoices, and develop and maintain good relationships in the schools and with the employees."

HR Administrator for PD II, LLC. "My overall responsibilities are to conduct interviews and hire prospective candidates. I also collect any missing information from employees, such as, Criminal Background Checks, TB Test, and Drug Screenings. I collect any other information needed by the company from new employees and current employees. It is also my role to assist all in-house staff where needed."

Supervisor for PD II, LLC. "My overall responsibilities is to train, maintain and disseminate accurate information from the office, conduct bi-weekly reports concerning my visits, monitor the Red Clay School District and portions of the Colonial School and Christina School Districts. I hold employees responsible in adhering to the policies and procedures of Positive Directions II, LLC. I attend trainings to help empower and advance my abilities and work as a liaison for the company to resolve and to maintain a positive relationship with the schools. I also assist with evaluations twice a year."

Supervisor for PD II, LLC. Receptionist/Social Media for PD II, LLC. "My overall responsibilities are managing all phone and physical traffic in and out of the office. I contact all of our staff members concerning missing documents, such as late or missing timesheets, and compliance forms, such as outdated clearances, TB test results, fingerprints, etc. I manage social media accounts like FB, Evite, and other digital media. I am also the events coordinator for our bowling parties and other outside events. I assist in events such as the Annual Christmas Party, Toys 4 Tots, and all other endeavors. I also now manage the COVID-19 protocol for the Positive Directions office."
